Mary Potter Heritage Centre

The Mary Potter Heritage Centre was opened
in February 2010 by Bishop Malcolm McMahon

The Heritage Centre tells the story of Venerable Mary Potter, a remarkable woman who founded the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary on 2nd July 1877.

Mary Potter Heritage Centre represents the Charism, Spirituality and Mission of the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary today and throughout history and is a space devoted to its understanding and contemplation.

Come and experience the story of this incredible woman who gave dignity to the poor, the suffering and the dying in Hyson Green, Nottingham from 1877. Learn how the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary from there, spread across the world remaining true to the teachings and Charism of Venerable Mary Potter.
